• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Personal accounts are for a single user; sharing credentials is prohibited.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Billing is processed securely via trusted providers.

• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Promotions and coupons are time-limited and subject to specific terms.
• Failed payments may result in temporary access restrictions until resolved.
• Invoices and receipts are available in your account profile.

Cancellations

You can cancel within stated windows. Missed live sessions are non-refundable.

• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Rescheduling live sessions is possible within allotted time frames where available.
• Refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method.

Liability

We deliver educational services as-is, with reasonable care and skill.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Your maximum remedy is limited to the amount paid for the service during the prior 12 months.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where not permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We will notify users of material updates via the platform or email where required.
